It was easy to board at United Airlines MCO Terminal. Announcements were punctual and clear, and the gate area was well-organized. There were no delays or misunderstandings as the boarding groups proceeded in unison. Families and others with mobility difficulties were even offered assistance by the friendly gate agents. The procedure felt much more peaceful and tranquil as a result. I was impressed with how well-prepared and expert everything was, particularly at a crowded airport like Orlando.
