It was easy to board at the United Airlines MCO Terminal. The gate agents efficiently called passengers in groups and were well organized and competent. The staff’s welcoming demeanor and unambiguous announcements were really appreciated. There were recharge stations and a cozy seating area close to the gate. The crew was friendly and the plane was clean. Compared to some of the busiest airports I’ve visited, it was a welcome change of pace. The terminal itself was kept up nicely, and it was simple to find because to its obvious signage. United Airlines provides great service and a hassle-free travel experience if you’re flying through Orlando.
