Hello! I traveled through United Airlines EWR Terminal on a business trip, and it was better than I anticipated. Everything was well labeled, so it was simple to find my gate. Security was quick and the agents were courteous. I stopped at one of the cafes for a quick bite and had time to unwind before boarding. The terminal is a bit older in some sections, but it’s well cared for. Clean restrooms, solid Wi-Fi, and plenty of power outlets made a difference. Boarding was quick and organized. I’d give this terminal a thumbs-up great for both frequent flyers and first-time travelers alike.
