Hi. I just flew with Swiss Airlines WAW Terminal and overall, the experience was very good except for a couple of issues. Check-in was slow even though there were short queues, and gate changes caused some confusion. But the staff dealt with it in a professional manner and apologized for the inconvenience. From boarding onwards, everything was fine—the flight was smooth, seats were comfortable, and service was top-notch. I give Swiss Airlines credit for keeping things classy under pressure. Overall, not perfect, but still a solid airline with a strong presence at Warsaw Airport. I’d definitely fly them again.
