Hello, just returned from a holiday and had to post how easy my Swiss Airlines TRN Terminal experience. Check-in was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long. Staff were extremely professional and friendly. I appreciated how simple it was to locate my gate—everything was clearly signposted. The terminal was tidy and not too busy, which made the wait very relaxing. After boarding, the Swiss staff were friendly and made the brief flight a pleasure. It’s reassuring to know there are still airlines that value customer service. Certainly a wonderful way to begin a journey!
