I had a great time visiting the Southwest Airlines SJC Terminal with my family. As soon as we arrived, everything appeared simple and hassle-free. The check-in procedure was extremely quick, and the personnel was very kind and helped us with our luggage. Even with kids in tow, we breezed through screening thanks to the TSA’s kind personnel and well-organized layout. The terminal itself was clean, spacious, and easy to navigate. We appreciated the variety of seating options, especially the charging stations, which made it convenient to keep our devices powered before our flight. There were plenty of food choices, which was a huge plus when traveling with family. The availability of quick grab-and-go options as well as sit-down dining made it easy for everyone to find something they liked.
