Our flight from (Oakland International Airport) on Southwest Airlines OAK Terminal was just fantastic! Southwest’s welcoming employees made sure that the check-in procedure went smoothly and quickly. We had plenty of time to explore the terminal, and security was effective. The Southwest terminal at OAK was spotless, up to date, and fully furnished with excellent eating and retail options. The flight attendants welcomed us with warmth as we settled down, and the boarding process was well-organized and seamless. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a wonderful addition, and the seats were cozy. The trip was stress-free because the flight was pleasant, on schedule, and smooth. We had a great experience flying with Southwest Airlines at OAK, and we hope to do it again soon!
