Hello! My experience at Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal was great. I was flying with my first-time toddler and was a bit apprehensive, but the service staff were excellent. They facilitated us boarding in advance and assisted us in becoming comfortable throughout our stay. The terminal itself was tidy, featuring ample family-oriented seating, and bathrooms were impeccable. It was like a peaceful nook in a typically busy airport. I greatly enjoyed how the Southwest staff did the extra mile, even prior to boarding the plane. It makes a huge difference for flying parents. Much appreciation to the Southwest crew—you made our trip stress-free and enjoyable!
