I had a great experience visiting the Southwest Airlines DCA Terminal with my family. As soon as we arrived at the terminal, the friendly staff made the check-in procedure simple and stress-free. The self-check-in kiosks were easy to use, and Southwest employees were there to address any questions.The security procedure worked effectively, and we were impressed by how well-planned and coordinated everything was. With lots of seating and charging stations, the terminal itself was tidy, roomy, and kid-friendly. Waiting for our flight was made much more pleasurable by the range of food options offered, which my kids particularly enjoyed.
