My family and I had a great experience at the Southwest Airlines DCA Terminal. The friendly employees that met us at the terminal provided a stress-free and simple check-in experience. The Southwest self-check-in kiosks were easy to use, and the personnel was available to answer any questions.
The security procedure worked effectively, and we were impressed by how well-planned and coordinated everything was. With lots of seating and charging stations, the terminal itself was tidy, roomy, and kid-friendly. Waiting for our flight was made much more pleasurable by the range of food options offered, which my kids particularly enjoyed.
