Happy Women’s Day from SM Pal Group
At SM Pal Group, we believe in celebrating the power, resilience, and leadership of women every day. This year, on International Women’s Day, we came together to pay tribute to the incredible women who inspire us all. The event was more than just a celebration; it was a heartfelt recognition of the dedication, passion, and strength that women bring to our lives and workspaces.
The celebration began with a warm welcome from the Directors of SM Pal Group, Mrs. Meera Pal and Mrs. Tushika Pal, whose leadership continues to serve as a beacon of inspiration for all of us. Their commitment to creating a supportive and empowering environment for women has been instrumental in fostering a culture of growth and equality within the organization.
To kick off the event, we invited Dr. Priyal Tiwari, a renowned gynecologist, to deliver an enlightening session on women’s health and wellness. Her valuable insights on self-care, health awareness, and maintaining balance in life were not only informative but empowering. We expressed our appreciation for Dr. Tiwari’s dedication to women’s well-being by presenting her with a special memento, as a token of gratitude for her contribution.
The event continued with interactive games and activities, including a Women’s Day quiz and a lively round of Tambola. These fun-filled moments encouraged camaraderie among colleagues while celebrating the spirit of joy and togetherness. Winners of the quiz and Tambola were delighted to receive exciting prizes, adding a personal touch to the celebration.
In honor of this special day, a Wall of Fame was set up, inviting everyone to share their thoughts and inspirational messages on empowerment and feminism. This heartfelt initiative allowed us to collectively celebrate the power of women and showcase the diverse perspectives of everyone within the group.
One of the most powerful moments of the celebration was when our directors, Mrs. Meera Pal and Mrs. Tushika Pal, delivered their empowering speeches. They highlighted the importance of women not only as dreamers but also as achievers, shaping the future with their hard work, determination, and vision. Their words resonated deeply with everyone, reinforcing the importance of equality, empowerment, and leadership in both the workplace and beyond.
The day concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the sweet moments of unity, and a final gesture of appreciation with gift distribution for all the women in the organization.
