Simplifying Healthcare Training with Animated Business Videos: UCI’s K

The University of California Irvine (UCI) partnered with us to create an engaging educational tool: an animated business video explaining the Two Bin Kanban System for healthcare workers. To make this complex inventory management method accessible, we employed cartoon animal characters and a lively, humorous voiceover. This approach transformed the learning experience, making it both informative and entertaining. By leveraging animated corporate videos, we successfully simplified the content, ensuring that healthcare professionals could easily understand and implement the system, all while enjoying the educational journey.
