To make changes to the date of our journey, my family and I traveled to the Scoot Airlines Bangkok Office. We chose to go in person because we were unsure about how to do it online. The employees were helpful and really attentive. They made the procedure very simple and assisted us in finding a new flight. I had my children with me, and the staff was really understanding. They even offered us advice on how to behave at the airport. We were satisfied with the service and felt relaxed after visiting. Everything was done in such a short time, and we departed with all the changes finalized. I think the Scoot Airlines office in Bangkok is very helpful, especially for people who like speaking to someone face to face.
