Hello, I went to the Qatar Airways Beirut Office last week to change a flight at the last minute. I was anxious, but the peaceful and friendly staff made it all so much simpler. They sorted out a new flight for me in no time and assisted with all the forms. I was amazed at how easy it all was. The service was professional and friendly, which was truly exceptional. I left the office feeling so much better. This kind of care makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with travel changes. Hats off to the team for their patience and efficiency. I’ll definitely come back!
