Hi all! Just felt I had to say something about the Qatar Airways Baku Office. I visited in order to fix a problem with a refund, and was amazed at the hospitality and reaction time of the staff. Took some time, sure, but they walked you through each stage, which didn’t make things too painful. Office itself was contemporary and quite pleasant, and I felt greeted at all times. I’ve had mixed experiences with other airlines’ offices, but this one really impressed me. Definitely a good representation of Qatar Airways’ top-notch service and professionalism. Keep up the great work!
