I frequently travel for work, so I’ve grown accustomed to delays and surly airline employees. But my expectations were totally altered when I fly with Porter Airlines BOS Terminal. The flight departed on time, and everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. The cleanliness of the waiting area was one of the small details that truly caught our attention. 10/10 would suggest.
