I was quite delighted with the Philippine Airlines New York Office. I went there in the hopes of receiving assistance because I was worried about my travel. After listening intently, the woman behind the counter provided me with all the information I required. She also assisted me in determining my preferred meals and seating. I’m happy I went even though I didn’t anticipate such excellent treatment. The folks are polite and the entire facility has a welcome vibe. We are grateful that Philippine Airlines has such a useful operation here!
