One of the greatest airline offices I’ve ever been to is this one. The employees at the Philippine Airlines Bangkok Office are incredibly cordial and competent. Along with offering some helpful advice, they assisted me with my travel inquiries. The speed with which they resolved my issue shocked me. The location is tidy and uncrowded, which is usually advantageous. They paid close attention to my needs and treated me with dignity. I’m grateful for their assistance and feel really satisfied. I will definitely return if I ever require assistance from the airline.
