Hello, I had a most memorable experience with my family at the Oman Air Bahrain office. We were six in number, two of whom were seniors and one was a toddler, and required help with seat allocation, meal choice, and mobility services. The staff treated our case with utmost care and attention. They never became frustrated or impatient — just smiles and a willingness to serve. The representative showed us through every aspect of our itinerary, facilitated getting us optimal seats for the family, and even checked back with us later to ensure all was well. That level of service is hard to find! It really did make us feel like Oman Air cares about its passengers more than just the journey itself. The Bahrain team took what could’ve been a traumatic day and turned it into an upbeat and comforting experience. We felt understood, respected, and looked after. Thank you, Oman Air Bahrain — your staff is brilliant!
