Me and my two best friends went to the LOT Polish Airlines Budapest Office to book a holiday to Krakow. We weren’t sure about the prices and baggage rules, so we thought going in person would help-and it did, The staff was super nice and answered all our questions. They didn’t rush us and made sure we understood everything. We even had a good laugh while talking to them. The office had a nice vibe, and we didn’t have to wait long. I’m glad we went there instead of trying to figure things out online. I highly recommend the LOT Polish Airlines Budapest Office to anyone who wants a safe and comfortable journey.
