I recently visited the LOT Polish Airlines Budapest Office to inquire about pet travel regulations because I had to bring my small dog along. Although I was anxious, the personnel put me at ease. They provided me with a checklist to complete and explained how everything operates. They were really kind and considerate of both my cat and me. Now that I’ve visited there in person, I feel more prepared for the journey. The staff is kind and the office is well-organized. I sincerely appreciate your assistance to pet owners like me.
