Hi there! I’ve flown out of the LAX Southwest Airlines Terminal a few times now, and it’s pretty good overall. It’s not the fanciest terminal, but it gets the job done. Employees are usually helpful and friendly. The design is simple, which makes it easy to locate your gate. I appreciate that there are several food choices and clean restrooms. One thing to keep in mind sometimes it is really busy, so come a little earlier than normal. It’s nice also that Southwest doesn’t charge for bags. That is a big plus! Generally, a good experience for the frugal traveler.
