Hello, my latest flight experience with Kuwait Airways JFK Terminal was good and okay. The check-in process was straightforward, although the queue was lengthy. The attendants were cooperative and polite all along. The terminal itself was well maintained with an array of food stalls, but seating space by the gates was scarce and filled up soon. Security was efficient, and boarding was timely. I think the airline could benefit from having a dedicated customer service desk in the terminal. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I’d fly Kuwait Airways again if needed.
