At Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal, Frontier had a quick and efficient boarding procedure. The gate personnel managed boarding groups with ease and provided appropriate statements. Unlike other airports, I didn’t feel packed or hurried. A significant difference was made by the staff’s ability to keep things going while remaining composed and polite.
