Hi! My recent experience traveling Frontier Airlines ATL Terminal was a combination of good and okay. The terminal was tidy, signage was good, and I liked how orderly the boarding process was. Customer service, though, could be a bit warmer and more energetic. The worst part was minimal food and beverage choices around the Frontier gates—certainly eat first! That said, everything ran on time and the flight crew was great once onboard. For a budget airline, I’d say the terminal is efficient and functional. Don’t expect luxury, but you’ll get where you’re going affordably.
