I had the pleasure of visiting the Ethiopian Airlines Lusaka office for a recent trip to Addis Ababa, and I can honestly say that my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The entire team at the Lusaka office was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, ensuring that my journey was as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.
The first interaction I had was with a young woman named Sylvia, who greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist. I had booked my flight in advance but had some last-minute questions about baggage policies and the check-in process. Sylvia took the time to go over everything with me, explaining the airline’s policies in clear detail. She even provided me with a helpful brochure that outlined baggage allowances, which was a nice touch. I could tell that she was well-versed in the airline’s procedures and was keen to provide excellent service.
The check-in process itself was seamless. Sylvia processed my ticket efficiently and ensured that my luggage was weighed and tagged properly. What really impressed me was the extra mile she went to ensure that my experience was as smooth as possible. Sylvia noticed that I was traveling with some fragile items in my carry-on bag and asked if I would like them to be packed in a more secure manner. This attention to detail was much appreciated.
Once my check-in was complete, another member of the team, Emmanuel, offered to help me navigate the airport to make my departure more comfortable. He suggested that I check out some of the services available in the airport, including lounges and food options. It was great to know that the team cared about my comfort, even before I boarded the plane.
The Ethiopian Airlines not only provided top-notch service but also created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my travel experience a pleasant one. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and customer-focused team, and I am so grateful for their assistance. I will certainly be flying with Ethiopian Airlines again, and I look forward to future interactions with the Lusaka office.
