Hello! Emirates Airlines IAD Terminal was unexpectedly hassle-free. The terminal signage clearly led me to their check-in, and the line went quickly. I had one bag to check, and it was processed efficiently. Security was slick and not terribly busy at the time. Airside, the lounge was cozy with tasty buffet fare and comfortable seating. Even if you’re flying economy class, the gate area was neat and tidy and the staff announced frequently. Overall, Emirates has you feeling like a special passenger from the moment you arrive at the terminal.
