Hello, my EgyptAir DUS Terminal was good in general. The check-in desk opened on schedule and the personnel were courteous. Although the terminal is not large, it is well-organized. Security was efficient and not too busy. EgyptAir’s gate was convenient with good seating areas. Wi-Fi was adequate for last-minute emails. Limited food options, but sufficient for a snack. Boarding was called in an orderly manner and the flight departed on schedule. EgyptAir crew at DUS appeared well-organized. Not the most glamorous terminal, but all went according to plan. Would recommend for travelers going to Cairo or connecting beyond.
