Hi! My family and I just passed through Copa Airlines BOS Terminal and we had a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Copa Airlines is based in Terminal 1 at Boston Logan, which is well-maintained and simple to get around. Check-in was efficient, and the attendants were courteous and helpful. Security lines were moving quickly, and there were ample seating areas while waiting. We also found some great food options before boarding.
