I was glad I went to the Cathay Pacific Paris Office because I was a little confused about my flight and felt I should talk to someone in person. The staff was friendly and helpful, taking their time to check my reservation and giving me the best advice. They didn’t rush me and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner, and the office is quiet and pleasant, which helped me stay calm. It’s not often that I receive such considerate service, so I will definitely be using Cathay again.
