Dealing with the Brussels Airline Canada Office was a lot of fun. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered. They handled things promptly and lucidly when I needed to make some adjustments for my flight. The personnel was really professional and courteous. I valued their candor and helpful demeanor. I felt more assured about my trip as a result. This is the kind of office I wish more airlines had. I appreciate Brussels Airline providing such excellent service in Canada.
