During my trip, the Brussels Airline Barcelona Office was a huge help. My return ticket had problems, but they were promptly resolved by the staff. It was made easier by the fact that they spoke both Spanish and English and were extremely respectful. They paid close attention to me, which I also appreciated. The office was conveniently located in the downtown and featured a cozy waiting space. I’m incredibly grateful for their assistance because you don’t frequently get such excellent support in person. I’ll let my friends know to come to this office if they ever need help.
