We began our British Airways IAD Terminal adventure at the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) Terminal, which was a warm, well-planned area that was ideal for family travel. Grandparents needed a little extra help and kids were giddy with anticipation, so we were glad to find the terminal roomy, serene, and simple to use. Our whole family was made to feel at ease and well-cared for by the kind and considerate British Airways staff.
