My husband and children and I went to the British Airways Belgium Office . We felt that speaking with someone in person would be more convenient because we had some issues making the reservation online. We were correct, The employees were helpful and nice. They provided us with comprehensive explanations and assisted us in booking our flights. Additionally, they advised us on the ideal times to go and even provided us with airport advice. My children smiled when they received a tiny present. The encounter was really pleasant. Their assistance was really appreciated, and I will return if necessary in the future. I highly recommend the British Airways Belgium Office to everyone who wants good assistance.
