Although there was need for improvement, my encounter with British Airways ADD Terminal was passable. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in went smoothly. Long lines and a lack of organization caused security to take longer than anticipated. Although it had few meal options and little space, the terminal was operational. There were few charging stations and erratic Wi-Fi. Although a little confusing at first, boarding was eventually handled efficiently. After boarding, the journey was fantastic—clean planes, cozy seats, wonderful in-flight entertainment, and helpful cabin staff. Although British Airways offered decent service overall, there is need for improvement in the terminal facilities.
