If you’re flying out of AJet Airlines ZRH Terminal you’re in for a treat. The whole terminal is relaxed and efficient, even in peak hours. AJet’s check-in staff was polite and had us through in no time. Security was quick, and airport facilities were great—clean toilets, excellent coffee shops, and clear signage everywhere. Boarding was right on schedule, and gate staff were polite and efficient. It’s obvious that both the airline and the terminal personnel value customer service. I departed feeling calm and impressed. Highly recommend flying AJet out of Zurich!
