When traveling as a family, there’s always an added layer of complexity especially when it involves long-haul flights. However, the service we received from the Air France Lagos office turned out to be a game-changer for our entire journey. We had an incredible experience right from the moment we arrived at the office, and I cannot praise their service enough.

We arrived with a large group, consisting of my wife, two children, and my parents, and the team took extra care in ensuring that everyone was checked in as efficiently as possible. The waiting area was well-organized, and there was plenty of space for us to settle down with our children while waiting for our turn. I was especially impressed by the staff’s ability to handle multiple families at once, all while keeping things calm and controlled.

As we had elderly parents and young children, the team ensured we had seats that were not only close to each other but also positioned for maximum comfort. They were very thorough in providing us with all the information we needed about the flight, such as the in-flight entertainment and the services available for children. There was one small instance where my daughter had an issue with her seating preference. Without hesitation, the Air France staff worked quickly to resolve the situation, ensuring that she was seated in a place that was comfortable for her. It’s rare to find such personalized service in such a large company, but Air France Lagos really made us feel valued.
Throughout our journey, the quality of service from Air France did not diminish. The crew on the flight was friendly and attentive, always checking in to ensure that my family had everything we needed. They were especially wonderful with the kids, offering to bring them extra snacks and making sure they had enough to keep them entertained during the long flight.
After we arrived in Paris, we received a follow-up call from the Lagos office to ensure that everything went smoothly. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention we received from the start of our journey to the end. This thoughtful follow-up showed that Air France truly cares about its passengers and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service.
I can confidently say that our experience at Air France set the tone for a fantastic vacation, and we will certainly choose Air France for future family trips. Their commitment to exceptional service, attention to detail, and overall warmth made all the difference.
