I never felt hurried—they waited patiently to answer all my queries and provided written assurance of the new travel plan. It’s not common to receive such professional and friendly service nowadays. The office setting was friendly and tidy, with a minimal waiting period and ample seating. If you’re anxious about language differences or need to talk to someone in person for travel concerns, this office is the ideal solution. I departed with all the information I required and peace of mind.
