Our recent experience with the Air Algerie Moscow Office was truly outstanding. I have traveled with numerous airlines over the years, but this was one of the few times I’ve encountered such excellent customer service. Whether you are flying solo, with a partner, or with children, the attention to detail that the staff at the Moscow office provides is unparalleled.
The moment we arrived at the office, we were greeted warmly by a staff member who immediately began assisting us with the check-in process. What impressed me right away was how organized and thorough the process was. The staff didn’t just rush through the steps. They took the time to explain everything to us clearly, ensuring we had all the necessary documents and information to proceed.
As we were traveling with young children, the staff at Air Algerie took special care to make sure our needs were met. They quickly identified our seating preferences and ensured that we were seated together. We were also given tips on where to find child-friendly amenities within the airport. They even helped us locate a family-friendly lounge where we could sit and relax before the flight.
