We felt at ease right away when we entered the Aeroflot Airlines Cyprus Office because of the real warmth and professionalism we encountered. As a family getting ready for a trip abroad, we anticipated the typical anxiety and hold-ups, but we were pleasantly pleased by how easy everything went. The staff was very attentive, making sure that our paperwork was organized, that we were all seated together, and that even our children felt valued and included. What might have been a stressful procedure was made peaceful and pleasurable by their considerate approach and effective service.
