Hi, I have a split opinion regarding Spirit Airlines ORD Terminal. Check-in was quick, and the attendants were polite, but the seating space at the gate was scarce and not that comfortable. It was somehow disorganized with lots of announcements simultaneously. Boarding was somewhat disorganized, and individuals were hanging out at the gate too early. On a positive note, the flight itself was prompt and smooth. Spirit isn’t luxurious, but it’s cheap and gets the job done. The terminal could use better signage and maybe more charging stations. Overall, not terrible but definitely room for improvement. Manage your expectations and you’ll be fine.
