My family and I had an amazing recent vacation with Avianca Airlines MCO Terminal. The check-in procedure went smoothly and effectively as soon as we arrived. Friendly and helpful, the staff made sure we got everything we needed. The actual terminal was roomy, tidy, and simple to use. We took advantage of the easy dining and shopping options while we waited for our flight. The trip itself had spacious seats and great in-flight amenities, and boarding was well-organized. The voyage was enhanced by the crew’s professionalism and friendly greeting. All things considered, we had an excellent experience traveling with Avianca at MCO Terminal, and we want to do it again!
For my family and friends, flying with Avianca Airlines from Orlando International Airport (MCO) was a great experience. Everything was smooth, cozy, and effective from the time we got to the terminal until we got on the aircraft. Our trip was genuinely stress-free and delightful thanks to the mix of first-rate service, effective operations, and amiable staff.
At the Avianca Airlines check-in desk at MCO Terminal A, our journey began. There were eight of us on the trip, including adults and children. We expected the check-in procedure to take a long time, so of course we were worried. To our happy surprise, nevertheless, the Avianca crew was really kind and efficient.
We were able to quickly check our luggage and print our boarding cards thanks to the user-friendly self-check-in kiosks. We had some last-minute travel questions, and the helpful counter staff was understanding and flexible. Their professional demeanor and kind smiles created a wonderful first impression.
We went to the security screening section after completing the check-in process. We anticipated lengthy wait times because we were a larger group. But the TSA PreCheck lanes made it easier and faster for us to get through security. The encounter was stress-free and seamless because of the polite and effective security personnel.
We had a little time to look around MCO Terminal A after passing security before boarding. For a family flying with electronics, the terminal was spotless, contemporary, and roomy, with lots of lounging places and charging outlets.
It was impressive how many different dining options there were. There were lots of kid-friendly options, and we had a great supper at one of the restaurants. We also purchased some last-minute travel necessities and mementos from the terminal’s numerous duty-free and retail shops.
The facilities at the port were highly practical for families. Traveling with children was made more comfortable by the family-friendly spaces and the clean, well-maintained toilets. Another benefit was the free Wi-Fi, which kept us interested and connected as we waited for our aircraft.
The quick and easy boarding process was a pleasant surprise when it came time to board. In a thoughtful move, the well-organized Avianca crew made sure that families with kids had priority boarding.
We were pleased by the cabin’s cleanliness and comfort as soon as we took our seats. Both adults and children had ample legroom thanks to the roomy and well-padded chairs. We had no issue storing our carry-on bags because the overhead compartments were spacious.
With a selection of films, TV series, music, and games, the in-flight entertainment system was first-rate. The children loved this, and it kept them occupied during the flight. The viewing experience was further enhanced by the high-quality headphones that were given away for free.
