Hello! One of the best experiences I’ve had with United Airlines Washington Office was when my parents were flying from Washington, D.C., to San Francisco. A last-minute schedule change required us to change their tickets, and we feared it would be a problem. Fortunately, the Washington Office staff was very helpful. The agent we communicated with was courteous and efficiently searched for the next best flight. In a matter of minutes, it was all taken care of, and my parents flew in peace. Their professionalism and courtesy were the difference-makers, and I really value their excellent customer service!
