It was a great experience flying with Southwest Airlines PHX Terminal with my grandparents. Everything seemed to be in order from the moment we left Terminal 4. The staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, so the check-in process went smoothly. The terminal was large, spotless, and offered a wide variety of dining and shopping options. Security was also prompt. The Southwest crew’s enthusiasm and warmth were evident, fostering a friendly environment, and boarding was simple. We were able to sit together thanks to the open seating, and the flight was smooth and comfortable. Our trip was enjoyable and stress-free thanks to Southwest!
