The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan (KPB) has released the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) result on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the K-TET exam in March 2023 can check and download their result online on the official website – https://ktet.kerala.gov.in/, through candidate login.

K-TET is an eligibility exam conducted by the KPB to assess candidates’ eligibility for teaching positions in Kerala. The exam was held on March 27 and 28, 2023, for four categories – Category I (Lower Primary classes), Category II (Upper Primary classes), Category III (High School classes) and Category IV (Language teachers, Specialist teachers and Physical Education teachers).

The KPB had released the answer keys for the K-TET exam on April 8, 2023, and invited objections from the candidates till April 15, 2023. The final answer keys were published on April 30, 2023, after considering the objections. The K-TET result has been prepared based on the final answer keys.

The K-TET result is available in PDF format, featuring the candidate’s name, application number, category, marks obtained, and overall pass status. Candidates can check their result by entering their application number and date of birth. Candidates who have scored at least 60% marks in the K-TET exam are considered qualified. However, there is a relaxation of 5% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/OEC/PH categories.

Candidates who have qualified the K-TET exam will be awarded a certificate by the Secretary, Pareeksha Bhavan, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram. The certificate will be valid for seven years from the date of issue. Candidates can apply for the certificate after verifying their documents at the District Educational Office.

  • Enter your application number and date of birth
  • Click on “Check Result”
  • Download and print your result for future reference

The KPB has also released the category-wise statistics of the K-TET exam. According to the statistics, a total of 1,29,814 candidates had registered for the exam, out of which 1,10,897 candidates had appeared. The overall pass percentage was 19.77%, with Category I having the highest pass percentage of 25.33%, followed by Category II with 21.09%, Category III with 17.97% and Category IV with 9.62%.
